What the alliance site uses

What we use

Visitors: no personal data. Your language and your UTC / local time choice stay on your device (cookies), and the time zone is read from your device. R4 and R5 officers: in-game name, chief ID (FID), rank, language, time zone and preferences; for each signed-in device, the sign-in date and browser type.

Why

To show the site in your language and at your time, and to let officers keep the calendar up to date. Nothing is sold or shared.

What we don't ask for

No account for visitors, no email, no real name, no password, no ads. IP addresses are never stored in clear.

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, the site keeps, for this device, the delivery address provided by your browser, your language, your time zone and your choices; nothing that identifies you. “Turn off” deletes them at once, and a device that stops responding is forgotten automatically.

Deleting an officer account

Access is revoked immediately. Personal data is erased; history keeps an anonymous “Former member” trace so statistics stay accurate.
